quodlibet: a review by counter critic that brings back nightmares memories of too many dance works. oh that made me laugh. what a satisfying review - almost makes me want to see the show! perhaps a little bit mean of counter critic… although i think if it was my show i’d find something enjoyable about the fact that the review was different at least!

as part of a research project i am undertaking i’ve been trawling through pubmed (and some other online databases) trying to find any interesting research into dance and well-being/health. along my travels i came across an article that identifies specific gene polymorphisms associated with dancers. i can just imagine the ballet world getting right into this. genetic screening at birth...

well, it really did only take 10 seconds to start a tumblr log i was inspired by the simplicity of Matt Gough’s quodlibet i imagine that there will be a mix of material on here. ranging from the medical (i’m into the second year of a medical degree) through the technological (i can’t help but play) to the physical (i still dance and make).
